Students will explore components of Literacy and Healthy Lifestyle Habits by creating personal plans, and applying real world practices such as budgeting. Students will also enrich writing skills by working on writing basic techniques with peer support.

Students will learn about fine dining experiences and culture by engaging in higher quality and greater formality compared to the experience at a casual dining restaurant. Students will also learn about other factors like good value, good service, cleanliness, quality food and drinks.
